POS Implementation Consultant in Bucuresti

Responsibilities:Act like project manager, lead and actively participate in the implementations of POS system;Collaborate with clients to understand their specific requirements;Provide constructive feedback on internal processes;Contribute to process improvements and innovations in POS implementation and support;Educate customers on operational best practices to increase store performance;Utilize knowledge of in-house restaurant operations to optimize POS configurations;Troubleshooting technical issues;Use API tools to effectively communicate with POS API endpoints for integration and data exchange. Expected skillset: Work experience min. 2-3 years, including experience in POS implementation or support roles;Restaurant Operations experience;Project management skills, including communication of installation timelines directly to management and to the client;Good knowledge of restaurant in house operations;Good understanding of your markets requirements regarding POS operations in hospitality/retail sector;Working knowledge of POS logging and diagnostic tools;Experience with troubleshooting and error resolution of POS and cloud products like back of house solutions;Experience educating customers on operational best practices to increase store performance;The creativity and ability to provide feedback on internal processes and best practices to improve the customer experience;Experience with POS peripheral devices like printers, scanners, cash drawers etc;Basic understanding of networking, databases and Windows operating system;Experience using API tools to communicate with POS API endpoints. Nice to have: Experience in traditional POS systems (Aloha, micros 3700, RPOS, IRIS, Simphony, RPOS, etc);Knowledge of API and logging tools;Experience working with product and engineering teams on issues or initiatives;Previous experience with implementing POS integrated with 3rd party solutions for example with online ordering;Experience with Linux environments;Experience with self-ordering kiosks and drive through solutions;Experience with PCI compliance.
