Power Platform Developer in Constanţa

Overview The position is part of a newly formed team: Digital Capabilities team part of the DigiOps programme. As a Senior Power Platform Developer, the individual will be responsible for developing and supporting delivery of various integrations and applications required for strategic business growth. The candidate will be a senior, providing technical expertise, ownership and responsibilities in end-to-end IT project delivery. This role is responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform suite, including Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI. The Power Platform Engineer collaborates with cross-functional teams to create custom applications, automate processes, visualize data insights, and enhance user experiences, contributing to the organization's digital transformation efforts. Responsibilities: Capture business requirements and design solutions Identify opportunities for process automation and streamline workflows using Power Automate. Create interactive and visually appealing reports and dashboards using Power BI to provide insights into organizational data. Integrate Power Plataform solutions with other Microsoft 365 services and external systems to enhance functionality. Deliver training and user support to promote the adoption of Power Platform solutions and empower users to build their own apps and workflows. Monitor the performance of Power Platform solutions and make vital optimizations to ensure efficient and responsive applications. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field Confirmed experience in designing, developing, and implementing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform components. Familiarity with pharmaceutical industry regulations and compliance standards is advantageous. Strong proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents. Experience with data transformation, modeling, and visualization using Power BI. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Good communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and deliver user training. Knowledge of Microsoft 365 suite and integration capabilities with Power Platform. Project management skills to lead Power Platform initiatives and deliver projects on time.
