This is an excellent opportunity to work in an international and fast growing environment, reporting directly to Quality site Responsible. Your Missionwill be to ensure that all wire harnesses are delivered only satisfying customer and Lear needs at required quality level, on time, focusing on highest level of Quality. Job’s responsibilities: Coordinate the wiring analysis activities for the PPAP package and analyze the customer feedback Understand and follow customer requirements in order to assure part conformity Update daily Lear database with wire harnesses PPAP status Check conformity of all PPAP package docs before to sent / load to customer for approval Access daily the customer portal in order to monitor and communicate the wire harnesses PPAP status Manage wire harnesses transfer by allowing to be delivered only parts with approved PPAP package Achieve customer/product PPMs Maintain QMS (Quality Management System) according to IATF rules Manage approval for new / modified harnesses Participate in cross-functional teams in the development of new products or changes related to current products in meeting customer requirements Required skills: A track record of success working in international automotive companies is ideal. It’s a must to have at least minimum of 3 years experience in automotive industry (quality area). It goes without saying that you should have capacity of analysis, communication, and organizational skills, strictness in achieving goals, synthesis and decision. Ideally you’ll have a Technical bachelor degree and knowledge of: English language advanced level (both written and spoken) Experience in wire harnesses business.
