We are looking for a Senior PR & Communication specialist to join our amazing team and to coordinate & implement PR, Social media and external communication strategies.In this role, you will manage and implement communication campaigns and cultivate relationships with partners, media, the PR agency, the Social Media agency and other external stakeholders.You will work closely with the local Board of Directors, the Regional team and collaborate with internal stakeholders – for Business Development, Sales and Customer Service.What you’ll be doing:Have a direct and relevant contribution in the business development of the companyCollaborate withexternal stakeholders (partners, PR agency, SM agency, media outlets etc.) andinternal stakeholders (Sales, Customer Service, Business Development, Legal) to plan & implement campaigns, PR & communication initiatives to support business objectivesWork closely with other colleagues from the Marketing department to get all the campaigns assets ready and approved in due time, taking into consideration declinations for each communication channel (e-mail marketing, Social Media, content marketing, paid media if/ when the case)Create content assets if/ when needed (e-mail, landing page content, sales collaterals etc.)Proofreading content developed by SEO agency & other partnersDevelop briefs for specific campaigns (whitepaper, interviews, surveys, articles, other thought leadership topics, influencers campaigns etc.)Manage & implement events together with Sales, Business Development and MarketingWE WILL VIBE WITH YOURequirements:5+ years proven experience in a similar role in a company or in a PR agencyCapacity to understand the business of the company and to understand that PR & media relationship is a relevant instrument to transmit in the various markets the value added and the differentiators of the companyPrevious experience with B2B/ Financial Services/ Fintech is a plusWorking knowledge of the media and events landscapeStrong copywriting and proofreading skillsSelf-starter with creative abilities and organization skillsExcellent communication skillsExperience of working in a fast-paced environmentHigh level of curiosity and desire to developProactive attitudeLanguages required: Romanian & EnglishEXPECTED START DATE: ASAPOTHER DETAILSLocation: Bucharest OfficeSpecific working conditions: Full-time jobEdenred Romania SRL will process your personal data for selecting and recruiting personnel for our openings.
