You will be able to participate and support in conjunction assessment, analysing and evaluating conjunction scenarios to predict potential collision risks, supporting manoeuvring, contributing to the design and development of algorithms and tools for collision avoidance strategies.You will support the determination of re-entry prediction, participating in the development and refinement of processes for orbit determination and accurate prediction of object re-entry, ensuring timely and reliable data for decision making.You will perform software development, collaborating with the team to translate aerospace concepts into well-structured and maintainable code.You will research, keeping abreast of the latest trends and developments in space safety, applying them to real-world challenges, collaborating closely with senior engineers to integrate innovative solutions into existing systems. WHAT DO WE NEED IN OUR TEAM?We welcome applications from students or recent graduates with a background in any of the following areas:Aerospace Engineering: Basic knowledge of orbital mechanics, satellite operations or related fields. Interest or basic knowledge in aerospace concepts.Software engineering: Solid knowledge of coding and experience in algorithm development or simulation tools. Familiarity with programming languages ( Python, C++ or similar).We are looking for a strong interdisciplinary interest in aerospace and software engineering.
