Who are we looking for?We are looking for the self-driven Principal Quality Assurance Engineer who will take our ERP solutions quality to the state-of-the-art level.Your vast experience in the quality assurance space allows you to take the full ownership and drive all aspects of this area for our ERP landscapeYou possess outstanding coaching skillsYou have a robust experience in development and implementation of test frameworks, test plans, manual testing, test automation and bug managementYou have experience with ERP systems, in particular Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP or ORACLEYou are familiar with the specifics of ERP implementations, system replacements and rollouts on the new markets projectsAs we are Polish company operating in multiple countries, it is necessary for you to communicate efficiently both in Polish as well as English languagesYou are an independent person, able to drive new solutions and changes in the status quoWe highly appreciate when your field expertise is confirmed by the industry certificates as well as soft skills trainings Responsibilities You will lead, develop and be accountable for an approach and commitment to the quality assurance in the ERP areaYou define our quality objectives and ways to monitor their implementation success (we aim for the data driven decision making and commit to the measurable KPIs)You ensure that quality assurance processes and activities are robust and reliable, and appropriately tailored to the objectivesYou plan resources for the quality assurance activitiesYou build community of quality engineers in the matrix organisationYou coach quality engineers on implementation of the standards in their daily workYou are responsible for the implementation and coordination of the tests automationYou drive the implications of emerging technology, approaches, trends, regulations and legislationYou own the framework of monitors and reports on quality assurance activities, levels of compliance, and improvement opportunities What do we offer?
