Process Automation Developer - Domain Trainee - English in Bucuresti

Responsibilities • Identifies improvement opportunities to eliminate waste, automate manual work, standardize process • Analyzes partners’ needs • Takes ownership for solution design, development, implementation, training, documentation and maintenance • Builds solutions using the technology appropriate for the given task: • VBA programming language • Office 365 applications, SharePoint, Power BI • Web & SAP scripting • RPA: UiPath • .NET • Ensures timely efficient implementations configured to agreed needs and requirements • Measures business outcome while ensuring business stability (critical metric/SLA) • Provides guidelines to the front line to increase new solutions efficiency • Runs day-to-day operational aspects of ongoing projects, tasks • Brings together standard methodologies across accounts in Genpact and replicates them • Participates in calls and meetings at request • Fosters information to FLM’s in terms of performance and makes suggestions for improvements • Trains other team members regarding the solutions in scope whenever necessary and requested by the manager • Updates project details, documentation and internal trackers periodically; • Finds opportunities for continuous process improvement and innovative solutions; Qualifications Minimum qualifications • University graduate (preferably IT / Economics / Mathematics) • Minimum work experience in Genpact • Good knowledge of MS Office package including: • VBA programming basis (recording macros is not enough, encouraged ability to type advanced VBA code) • Business process understanding in terms of accountancy, work flow, ERP system, reporting metrics (critical metric, SLA); • Experience in Process Improvement Methodologies [Lean, Six Sigma and/or Processes Re-engineering, others] – Application & Execution • Good analytical skills • Problem solving approach • Superb communication skills (verbal and written) • Ambitious with ability to work both independently and as a part of the team • Well organized with ability to meet strict deadlines • Eye for business – having a big picture understanding about operation and financial work aspects. • Willingness to continuous learning and self-development Preferred qualifications • Several improvement solutions already delivered (macro tools, lean ideas, etc.) would be an advantage • Business process experience, business domain knowledge • Project management skills • Relational database concept understanding (MS Access) • Web development knowledge: HTML, CSS, JavaScript • IT background or experience with SQL server, SharePoint, Web Application would be an advantage What can we offer? • Attractive salary;• Stable job offers - employment contract• Work in a multicultural and diverse environment with employees from over 30 countries• Genpact supports professional tranings and great career development opportunities• Free access to our award-winning learning platform • Benefits such as Meal Tickets, Medical Services, Insurance, additional vacation days or partner discounts
