Process Optimisation Consultant in Constanţa

Location | remote, Poland  Join Natek on a position of Process Consultant and become part of a large, global IT  initiative/program in the pharmaceutical industry that connect patients all around  the world.  Your responsibilities  Develop optimization changes to an organisation’s business processes to  improve operational efficiencies  Conduct research on best practices and industry trends  Create and utilize flowcharts and process maps to define current processes Engage with various departments to collect relevant data  Conducting workshops  Our requirements  Several years of experience in PM/Process optimization area  Experience with optimization of business processes  Experience with conducting workshops  Ability to speak with stakeholders and high level management Knowledge of process mapping tools  It would be preferred if you  Experience from Healthcare and Pharma industry  Experience of working in a global organisation   JOB DESCRIPTION  Established in Brno, Czech Republic in 2004, we have been working with world leaders  in the IT industry from day one.
