Candidatul ideal
- University degree (Logistics or Transport Management);
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position in an industrial environment;
- Procurement methods;
- Supplier relationship management;
- Good communication and relational skills;
- Organized person, capable to work under pressure;
- Initiative spirit, ability to solve problems;
- English proficiency written and spoken;
- MS Office knowledge (Excel, Word, PPT);
Descrierea jobului
- Executes MRP calculation, defines the monthly copper need, and adjust hedged quantities to meet inventory level and coverage;
- Performs weekly needs calculation of insulation and masterbatch. Issues and follows up purchasing orders, create PO's on the information system, issues PO's to suppliers;
- Monitors consumable & packaging inventory level, calculates needs, issues and follows purchasing orders;
- Follows up delivery and shipment of raw materials, consumables, and packaging. Monitors suppliers service and takes required actions to meet the target (delivery time & quantities);
- Prepares suppliers performances data in terms of delivery efficiency and communicates data to the purchasing department;
- Prepares, communicates, and reviews Procurement KPI's and defines accordingly continuous improvement plans of processes, procedures, and systems in line with the Logistics Department and company's objectives;
- Performs other duties or tasks as may be reasonably requested. Complies with corporate values, code of conduct, and nondisclosure agreement.
