After completing the recruitment process successfully, you will be matched with the job opportunity in the OLX team that would complement your background and aspirations in the best possible way.Register now by uploading your CV here.What you will do at OLX- Pair up with the Product Managers to set metrics that describe product success- Create dashboards to monitor the performance of these metrics and success- Decipher users' behavior and needs, and communicate these insights to the product pack- Transform data from various sources into clear insights to support informed decision-making around product roadmap- Proactively follow product changes and provide data-driven insights on the feature releases- Define hypotheses based on your data, set up and conduct A/B tests- Work closely with engineers to make sure we collect proper data that supports decision-makingWho we're looking for- At least 2 years of analytical experience in a digital environment (preferably but not necessarily in web or mobile analytics)- You are a keen explorer and love turning data into a story or and insight that points to the "why" behind the "what is happening"- Have experience setting metrics and finding baselines for them and communicating them in and outside of the team- You are familiar with data visualization tools and concepts (previous experience with Tableau appreciated)- SQL is your second language (we welcome MS-SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL or any other dialect)- You are familiar with a concept of experimentation- You are a solid team player with an ability to independently assess and prioritize your tasks- You have worked with data processing and optimization using Python and/or R- You can A/B test and interpret the results and have a solid understanding of statistics- You are fluent in English and have excellent communication skillsWhat you will getWorking at OLX brings many rewards, such as competitive salary, a world-class training and development program, and many more location based benefits which for this role include:- Salary + annual bonus up to 15% of your annual gross salary- Work with and impact all OLX websites around the world- A benefits package with 700 RON gross monthly on the Benefit platform, medical subscription from Med life, discounts for dental services for City Dent- Banking conventions that offer special rates for bank credits and extra benefits for debit cards Bookster- Welcome pack 15 euro credit monthly in your OLX personal accountWhy join OLX? At OLX, we invest in ourselves and each other to reach our full potential.
