Due to our and our client’s development and the large number of ongoing projects, we are constantly looking for new employees and associates with high competencies in the IT area or other, consistent with the information provided in the advertisementsRESPONSIBILITIES:Formulating the architecture and design of HeiFlow Product end-to-end, based on functional and non-functional requirements, balancing the goals and constraints of used technologiesCollaborating with Domain and Enterprise Architects on the solution design to ensure it conforms to overall architectural vision, technical roadmap and consistency standardsManaging the teamPartnering with Product Owner to ensure most efficient value chain improvements to business stakeholdersConducting continuous improvement analysis on existing application architectures and identifies architectural optimizationsManaging Total IT Cost of Ownership of the Product through budgeting processes of Client and controlling of budget execution on respective levelVerifying the implementation - ensuring the delivered system is consistent with the agreed architecture, and meet the requirementsManaging the quality of the solutions and technical debtIdentifying potential bottlenecks and their underlying causes that affect the product and proposes how to resolve theseKeeping up with relevant developments in own functional area and ensure development, transfer and retention of knowledge. Is end-to-end responsible to deliver the value of Product through the entire Product life cycleIs multidisciplinary – ensuring that the key competencies and expertise needed to develop, build, deploy and support the Product are embedded in the teamHelping Product Team members with removing impediments REQUIREMENTS:Practical experience of minimum 5 years with Software Products Architecture design and implementation and other IT areasExcellent communication skills (both verbal and in writing) with ability to communicate well with technical and non-technical stakeholders on different levels of seniority and understand multiple stakeholder perspectives and "truths" and bring an open mind to understanding and build on the views of othersBeing a business and technical consultant/architect, responsible for end-to-end lifecycle of the Product in DevOps environmentOriented on frequent, incremental code testing and deployment, with strong grasp of automation and data management toolsPractical experience with maintaining and developing ITSM and Document Workflow solutions (ex.
