Figma (regular) UI (regular) UX (regular) Product design (regular) Duco is an easy to use, self-service platform, used to manage mission-critical data by some of the world's biggest businesses. Your job will be to help us bring consumer usability to enterprise functionality for our customers, balancing strong design principles with the need to ship fast and iterate. You should have an eye for clean, modern interface design, be experienced in UX research methodologies and be able to translate high-level requirements into user flows and wireframes. You would work closely with product owners and our existing product designer as part of the engineering team. Day-to-day, that means you’ll be:Work closely with Engineering, Product and customers to design the best products, from user flows and low fidelity wireframes, to simple and elegant high fidelity mock-ups and prototypesEnsure visual consistency across the platform while working with and developing our design systemPerform various methods of UX research to understand use cases and discover user pain pointsGain a close understanding of user personas and be a voice for themParticipate in small groups, company meetings and customer demos Use Agile methodologies to plan your time and keep stakeholders updated on progressCollaborate with Product and Engineering to define and implement innovative solutionsSpeak your mind, collaborate constructively Interested?
