Your responsibilitiesDevelop new methodologies and processes to generate insights that can scaleStrategically plan and execute studies that capture our customer’s experience regarding our software products, this includes: scoping, defining methodology, collecting and analyzing data, and presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders and senior managementIdentify & monitor action items for our product roadmaps to increase customer satisfactionSteer the colleagues in the regions to get a global picture of our customer satisfactionBuild strong relations with stakeholders to understand their challenges and priorities, and drive actions through insight deliveryOptimize the feedback and improvement process in close collaboration with our quality management departmentShare best practices and results: Partner with colleagues across our global team to identify areas for collaboration, drive continuous improvement and incorporate best practices Your profileRelevant work experience in a tech or automotive company, experience in market research and statistics would be idealExcellent quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, excellent attention to detailIdeally experience in managing research agenciesFluent in English, able to produce and finalize complex documents in EnglishHave the ability to earn the trust of senior stakeholders and influencing business teamsBe a strong team player in both, a local and a global teamPossess flexibility and have a track record of delivering results in a fast-paced and highly ambiguous work environmentExcellent communicator with experience in facilitation across all levels and functions; skilled at addressing both large and small audiences across multiple functions.
