Product Manager - AI Solutions in Bucuresti

Responsibilities:Product Vision and Strategy:Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for AI solutions;Identify market opportunities and customer needs through research and analysis;Develop and maintain a product roadmap aligned with business objectives and customer requirements;Create, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog, ensuring it reflects customer needs and business goals;Stakeholder Collaboration:Work closely with stakeholders, including sales, business leaders, customers, and development teams, to gather requirements and ensure alignment;Act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders and development teams;Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments to ensure successful product delivery.Development Oversight:Participate in sprint planning, review, and retrospective meetings;Provide guidance and support to development teams throughout the product lifecycle;Ensure delivered features meet quality standards and acceptance criteria.Market and Competitor Analysis:Stay current with industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies in AI;Conduct competitive analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.Performance Monitoring and Improvement:Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success;Analyze product performance data and customer feedback to inform continuous improvement;Drive iterative development and continuous delivery practices. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
