Product Operations Designer in Sibiu

Role purpose To support Colt Product Operations to deliver graphically attractive customer facing collateral and internal presentations for Sales and ELT. Key responsibilities Liaise directly with all product managers to receive draft collateral and presentations that need design support Dedicate particular focus to requests from the Product Leadership Team by getting into the ELT mindset to understand the most appropriate presentation style required by that audience Deliver continuous innovation in design style, in compliance with Colt brand guidelines. Close collaboration within the Product Operations team to optimise tasks and create new product marketing assets Required Skills and Experience At least 3+ years of experience as a graphical designer in B2B, preferably having worked on product collateral. Outstanding ability to work with MS PowerPoint, MS Word and the Adobe suite (Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop) Strong creative skills Strong interpersonal communication skills Self-driven and autonomous Focus on delivery and getting things done What we offer: Colt is a growing business that is investing in its people.
