You identify, evaluate and prioritize RPA use cases to continuously increase benefits in NETZ and further develop the cross-departmental RPA backlog. You will also continuously develop the RPA operating model over the entire life cycle of software bots and ensure cost-effective operation with high bot availability. In addition, you will be involved in the further development of our RPA platform, whereby additional technologies are also used, e.g. AI, OCR, low-code / no-code. You will also contribute to building capabilities across the organization to further scale process automation and help shape our digital transformation. Overall, you will ensure accompanying change and stakeholder management and work closely with internal customers, IT and specialist departments, the works council and other ongoing digitalization initiatives. Convincing profile You have a degree in a STEM field, in economics or have a comparable qualification based on many years of professional experience. You have an agile mindset paired with product owner experience and are highly user and benefit-oriented. Ideally, you are familiar with RPA, process automation and/or workflows, preferably with UiPath You bring curiosity and creativity and at the same time have the ability to focus on the benefits for the business You are enthusiastic about digitalization and new technologies and are interested in shaping the field of hyperautomation. You are pragmatic, reliable and have the ability to convince through competence and passion. You are a real team player and like to get involved in cross-project development topics and working groups.
