The Candidate represents an experienced team handling Microsoft 365, including Office 365, Exchange Online, Azure Active Directory, Sharepoint and Webhotels. The candidate will report to the Product Manager of Domain Workplace. The candidate will work in two teams. The Product Management team and the Application Delivery team. The domain is around 60 people and placed in Denmark and Poland (Warsaw and Lublin). The domain is mainly responsible for 15.000 financial workplaces in the Danish financial sector. We have created a great team with young talents and experienced seniors. Even though we work in 4 different locations, we value the collaboration between the teams. Primary tasks and responsibilities In the position as Product Owner, you will work closely with the Domain Product Manager, the Team Development Manager and the team. Our customers, both internally and externally, are the most important stakeholders. You will be the person to balance and communication between customers and development. Your primary tasks and responsibilities will include: Secure alignment with customers and stakeholders about objectives and balance expectations for deliveries Trim and refine backlog with stakeholders Define, refine and prioritize features Update and maintain 5Q roadmap for the team Assist the team with business clarifications Handle deviations in economy and scope – and report larger deviations to Product manager and/or other stakeholders Participate in implementation activities (e.g., education and handbooks) Own product strategy and ensure it is aligned with overall business strategies within BEC We are looking for you who love to explore and learn! Preferably, you have an educational background as Bachelor or Master within Technology, Business Administration or Communication and at least 1 years of experience from a similar position working with Product Ownership and Microsoft 365.
