Furthermore, we are changing our ways of working in IT Operations as we are preparing our organization to adopt agile principles in a SAFe inspired framework. We need a person who is passionate about stakeholder management and leading change through people, and person who is progressive about doing the right things and do not shy away when tough decisions are needed. What’s behind the title? As a Product Owner in BEC, you will be accountable for the commercial interests and business value optimization in your team’s deliveries of the product. You will transform empirical data and stakeholders’ needs into product requirements with valuable outcomes. You will focus on identifying business needs, refining priorities, outlining Product Goals and key features, as well as managing both opportunities, dependencies and risks. On daily basis you will be partnering with multiple stakeholders across the organization to transmit and communicate product vision, strategy and collaborate on prioritization of product features. As Product Owner, you will be working in close collaboration with other Product Owners, Enterprise & System Architects, various Business Owners and Stakeholders, Release Train Engineers across BEC and other Team Members in IT Operations to strengthen our continuous focus on operations. Primary task and responsibilities Creating, leading and owning product vision Leading and helping with anchoring the agile transformation across IT Operations Continuously drive the product strategy in 5Q roadmap planning and ensure that it is aligned with overall business strategies within BEC Managing and prioritizing product backlog Drive Product Backlog Refinement in close collaboration with key stakeholders Foster and facilitate timely decision-making across stakeholders and Ops teamInviting all key Stakeholders to open collaboration and making sure they are involved We are looking for those who love exploring and learning! Requirements: To succeed in this role, you should possess: Lean/Agile mindset Experience as a Product Owner or similar (a few years)Fluent in English - written as well as spoken Bachelor or Master’s degree, preferably in Finance or IT Data analysis and data modelling knowledge is an advantage Personality Empathetic and a good listener Focused on customer’s feedback Well-organized and detail oriented Outgoing and with great communication Able to create relations and build up a good network across organization Team player focused on collaboration Presenting a strong focus on quality, business value, and making things happen With colleagues in teams distributed in Denmark and Poland, you must master English at a high level both in writing and orally.
