Your role is to be an ambassador for the Agile and DevOps way of working within our global NXP organization. As Product Owner License desk you will lead and coach the team in the agile way of working and mature software asset management across NXP IT.
Your responsibilities
- Formulates the system and procedures for managing the full lifecycle of our IT (software) assets from requisition until retirement with Agile way of working.
- Maintaining the processes for (software) assets and license management retaining compliance and eliminate potential risks.
- Accountable for operational asset management., IT license desk, aligning RACI, top license position sharing with stakeholder's
- Coordinates the Software asset audits as a team with asset/budget owner, involved organizations, purchasing and legal department
- Steering initiatives, improvements and keep challenging cost saving/avoidance and assets harvesting opportunities.
- Drive change and adoption of the usage of IT asset, maximize usage, optimize cost where possible, stay compliance and reputation.

In this role you will report into Stephanie van Vugt , Manager IT Business Management, who is based in Eindhoven, the Netherlands.
Your profile
To be successful in this role you have:
- An university degree in business and 4+ years of work experience in a related field
- Proven experience in building effective teams in a global environment, including managed service providers
- Excellence stakeholder management
- Drive results and can do mentality.
- Experience with or interest in the Agile and DevOps way of working
- Knowlegde about ServiceNow, SNOW and IT Asset management process
Furthermore, you have:
- Agility and flexibility with changing priorities and business needs and in working with diverse teams and people
- Excellent problem-solving skills – able to identify, analyze and propose solutions to various technical and business issues
- Strong analytical skills - must be able to assemble and interpret data and deliver business insights
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, “self-starter” environment serving as a catalyst for change and managing multiple workstreams simultaneously.

Contract: This is a fulltime position with a permanent contract
