Product Owner, Postpaid acquisition in Bucuresti

What you’ll doWe are seeking a dynamic and strategic Product Owner to join our Postpaid Acquisition team.The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving customer acquisition for postpaid subscriptions, including migrations from prepaid. This role involves managing the postpaid product portfolio and overseeing communication strategies across various sales channels.Who you areIdentify target customer segments to optimize product and communication efforts for revenue growth.Define strategies and initiatives to attract new postpaid customers to Vodafone.Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and motivations.Represent the customer voice within the squad and effectively communicate the vision to team members and key stakeholders.Manage the product roadmap, communication plans, and necessary capabilities to achieve financial and customer satisfaction goals.Create and prioritize a backlog of initiatives for each quarter, ensuring alignment with sprint goals.Continuously review and optimize launched initiatives to maximize their potential.Collaborate with the Commercial Lead to identify market opportunities and define commercial initiatives.Align with cross-functional departments to transform business plans into successful actions.Qualifications:Minimum 5 years of experience in a marketing organization focused on customer segments (telecom experience is a plus).At least 2 years of experience in a Product Owner role.Strategic and conceptual thinking skills.Comfortable taking responsibility for delivering and performing commercial initiatives.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Financial acumen to track the impact of initiatives.Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Jira or similar tools is a plus.Ability to express vision and initiatives in user stories based on a comprehensive understanding of customer needs.Technical/Professional Certifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics/Technology or equivalent.Advanced use of Excel and PowerPoint; any additional conceptualization and presentation tools are a plus.Basic knowledge of Jira or similar tools.What's in it for youCompetitive pay, bonus & remuneration packagePrivate Health & Medical InsuranceHybrid way of working: a blend of remote and office-based working, including the option to work up to 20 days from abroadCareer development and continuous learning, which includes AI platform and learning platforms like LinkedIn Learning.Spirit of Vodafone Day: one day each quarter dedicated to your personal developmentNeedless to say, we cater for your communication wherever you areSpecial employee offers and discounts
