NapoleonCat is a Meta Business Partner operating in Google Cloud.    We are looking for a Product Owner/Product Manager who will support us in developing our tool. Your responsibilities: Product development in collaboration with a multidisciplinary product team, consisting of the Product Team Leader, Product Owners, CX manager, UX and UI designers, analyst, R&D experts (software engineers, testers), as well as marketing and customer success specialists. Product backlog and sprint backlog nurturing, prioritization, backlog and dependency management.Preparation of business analyses and functional requirements (process diagrams, user journeys, user stories with acceptance criteria).Coordination of the development process, requirement decomposition and requirement estimation, coordination of product updates.Evaluation of the business value achieved. Requirements: A minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial IT product development, preferably in MarTech.Knowledge of new technological trends, e-commerce applications, SaaS, mobile and web applications.Experience in product development from discovery to launch.Experience in business analysis (i.e. mapping of processes and user journeys), transforming customer insights into detailed functional requirements and their implementation.High level of independence at each stage of the process, effective prioritization with business value in mind.Ability to analyze technical API documentation (practical knowledge of APIs of social media platforms such as Facebook, Messenger, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, etc. is welcome).Data analysis skills and an analytical approach to product development.Experience in working with agile-scrum methodologies.
