Product Owner - Strategic Portfolio Management - Paris Global Enterprise Partners is currently looking for an Product Owner - Strategic Portfolio Management for an exciting project with a global FMCG client of ours.Requirements for the Product Owner - Strategic Portfolio Management are:You have at least 5 years of experience as a Product Owner or have worked in an agile environment.You are comfortable working closely with cross-functional teams in a product-focused mindset.You are proficient in ServiceNow and PowerBI, our core solutions.You can collect, synthesise, and challenge business needs using a design thinking and data-driven approach.You excel in process design, documentation, and technical specifications.You can define a mid-term roadmap (6-12 months) while dynamically adjusting priorities.You know how to create, implement, and customize a change management strategy tailored for both strategic and operational stakeholders.Job responsibilities:PM Strategy and Roadmap:Develop and maintain a long-term vision for the SPM Product that aligns with the clients ambitions.Define and regularly update the Product Roadmap, including EPICS and Features to be delivered.SPM Delivery and Feedback Loop:Standardize and harmonize processes in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.Identify opportunities for process and tool simplification/improvement by leveraging feedback.Digitize processes and assets in partnership with the ServiceNow Center of Excellence (CoE): design target solutions, conduct testing, and support implementation.Deliver and enhance PowerBI dashboards to provide analytics for both Business and IT users.Lead a community of Champions across all IT organizations.SPM Adoption:Provide training and materials to support organizational change and foster user onboarding.Use metrics to monitor adoption and report progress to the IT Worldwide Management Committee.Contract details:Start date: ASAPDuration: 12months +Location: ParisContract: FreelanceInterested?
