For Digital Hub Warsaw, we are looking for: Product Specialist - External Supply Become part of a committed team of Product Managers and Specialists with a focus on products in the Supply Chain Planning and External Manufacturing areas in a supportive and motivating work environment. Lead defining and executing a customized partner success plan. Ensure products and platforms success by sharing your subject matter knowledge with your peers and partners, providing insights into user needs and create opportunities for engagement throughout all parts of the digital product lifecycle. Your task and responsibilities: Lead efforts to deliver customer centric IT products, by collaborating with business partners and product development teams to provide direction leveraging your subject matter expertise. Obtain alignment across internal and external teams to define and document a technical approach to solve business problems.Create user communications, training, documentation, and launch plans to engage business users.Using audio/video tools to present to audiences of users and business stakeholders and answer questions about the digital product platforms.Identify product team improvements, mentor more junior Product Specialists and use Agile best practices to role model effective product delivery.Support user adoption of digital products in scope and address questions about product features and capabilities.Work with product teammates to identify the appropriate actions to address user feedback.Coordinate end-user testing to achieve defined acceptance criteria, validating products for quality in continuous, iterative releases.Responsible for technical expertise in the areas of Supply Chain Optimization and External Manufacturing.Work closely with internal stakeholders to translate their functional requirements to service providers, assess suitability and determine operational feasibility of the proposed solutions.Design and establish metrics to monitor solution adoption and product performance, investigate problem areas and recommend changes in policies and procedures to improve utilizations and operations Who you are: Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of experience as a product manager, product specialist, business analyst or similar role​, or minimum 8 years of equivalent industry experience or similar role​Experience includes 2+ years in Agile software delivery; certifications are a plus though not requiredPrior experience in IT and with the business domains of Supply Chain and/or external ManufacturingCollaborates well in a team environmentComfortable with ambiguity and enjoys learning new thingsProficient oral and written communication, problem solving, and decision-making skills​Fluent in English, both written and spokenExperience with SAP Integrated Business Planning or Advanced Planning and Optimization is preferredFamiliarity with Software Development Lifecycle and GxP software implementation What do we offer: A flexible hybrid work model Work place: Warsaw, Al.
