We dedicate our experience, resources and reputation so that you can drive your career and choose the path that best defines your development and success.The Technology Solutions division of IQVIA develops, markets, and implements healthcare-focused enterprise software applications to help life sciences customers drive their business from molecule to market.Our Global training team has a direct impact on our employees, our partners, our customers, and the business by providing product, business process, general technology education, and (limited) skills training for audiences around the globe, such as but not limited to: Sales, Delivery, Partners, Client End-Users.The Technology Solutions division of IQVIA develops, markets, and implements healthcare-focused enterprise software applications to help life sciences customers drive their business from molecule to market.Our Global training team has a direct impact on our employees, our partners, our customers, and the business by providing product, business process, general technology education, and (limited) skills training for audiences around the globe, such as but not limited to: Sales, Delivery, Partners, Client End-Users.Training Instruction consists of delivering all live (Instructor Led Training, Virtual Training) training courses to audiences around the world using the course materials developed by our Product Training teams.The role reports to Associate Director, Training Delivery.Responsibilities:As a Product Training Instructor on our team, you will be aligned to a particular set of audiences and product offerings and may flex to support training demand in other areas as well.Specifically, you will:Deliver an engaging learning experience (Instructor-Led classroom training sessions or Virtual trainings) to drive increased knowledge and stronger application of concepts across all audiences and product offerings, leveraging course content developed by the Product Training teamsFlex to secondary audiences and/or product offerings to address demand spikes (in conjunction with product launches, etc.)Ensure experience in classroom, virtual or field environments – from kick off to post session feedback -- is a highly effective environment to drive engagementAdminister certification programs (in conjunction with training sessions, and any needed follow-ups) as prescribed by Curriculum and Instructional DesignAssemble and provide recommendations for improvement based on post learning feedback to Curriculum and Instructional DesignWork with Training Support Associate to ensure smooth flow of all logistics behind training eventsTravel (up to 60%) domestically and internationally to satisfy global training demandsSkills and Experience:5-7 years delivering training with experience in Sales or a Technical function, and/or SaaS or Life Sciences industry a plusExperience provisioning software environments used for trainingSalesforce administration certified prefA passion for teaching, and a commitment to ensuring that your trainees develop the skills they need to be successfulA passion for learning, with an interest in going beyond the curriculum to develop a personal understanding of the product offerings and audiences you serveAbility to command an audience, and tailor your delivery to their unique needs to drive optimal engagement and learning retentionExceptional presentation and facilitation skills - comfortable in front of a room and behind a webcamUnderstanding of adult learning theoryExperience in either Sales or a technical function (software implementation or support)Possesses broad knowledge base with the ability to establish credibility and confidence of training audiences quicklyExcellent preparation skillsExperience of working cross-culturally with diverse workforce in a global environmentExcellent English AND German (pref) language skills (business and technical)Willingness and energy to travel significantly (up to 60%)Please submit your cv in English.We know that meaningful results require not only the right approach but also the right people.
