Production Cell Leader in Oradea

Remote Position: NoRegion: Europe Country: Romania State/Province: Oradea City: Oradea Descriere organizeaza, participa, conduce si controleaza activitatea de productie in zona de productie alocata fiind responsabil de utilizarea eficace si eficienta a echipamentelor si a fortei de munca; cunoaste planul de productie si ia toate masurile pentru indeplinirea acestuia si chiar depasirea lui in toate conditiile cerute (cantitate, calitate, termene limita, cheltuieli); cunoaste si intelege cursul proceselor tehnologice ce au loc in cadrul procesului de productie in zona din subordine; verifica valabilitatea documentatiei; aplica prevederile procedurii disciplinare pentru eventualele acte de indisciplina sau neconformitati ce apar in timpul desfasurarii procesului de productie in zona alocata; verifica prezenta operatorilor din subordine si comunica shift administratorului datele referitaore la aceasta, anunta imediat supervizorul de eventualele absente; se asigura ca in zona sa de lucru operatori respecta normele ESD si protectiei muncii.
