Description:
Direct and manage plant operations for production and quality.
Coordinate plant activities through the planning with departmental leaders to insure the total manufacturing objectives are accomplished in a timely and cost effective manner.
Establish and monitor overall plant performance for production and quality standards.
Ensure compliance with Health & Safety legislation, Environmental Protection Act and requirements of other statutory bodies
Ensure compliance with all Company policies and procedures
Plan, monitor and control production processes cycle time, cost, and quality standard.
Manage plant overall efficiency against standard
Overall responsibility for directing, planning and supervising the Maintenance department.
Monitor downtime reports. Adjust PM’s as needed and ensure equipment operates smoothly at all times.
Ensuring that plant efficiency is maintained at the highest possible level without sacrificing safety, quality and cost standards
To be responsible for quality management system.
Qualifications:
Industrial or Production Engineering with min of 15 years of relevant experience . Experience in manufacturing of building materials or construction chemicals industries is a plus.
