Production Planner in Victoria

Production PlannerPurolite, an Ecolab company, the world leader in resin-based separation, purification and extraction technology, is seeking a Production Planner at our state-of-the-art manufacturing site in Victoria, Brasov!At Purolite, we manufacture products which help our customers around the globe, mainly in pharmaceutical and life science sectors, with technology which are critical to safe manufacture of their products. What you’ll do: Convert the demand plan/requirements into a network supply plan, including developing and sending a master production schedule and distribution requirements plan while optimizing network capacity.Manage inventory and ensure required inventory levels are maintained across network stocking locations to meet customer demand levels. Address inventory imbalances and implement corrective actions.Identify and resolve capacity constraints to support the development of a feasible plan over the planning horizon.Balance production planning across the network to maintain sprint capacity, including load leveling for maintenance shutdowns, seasonal volumes, etc.Identify and address supply variability issues and support demand planning in improving forecast accuracy to enhance plan feasibility and reliability. Coordinate root cause analysis and resolution with key cross-functional stakeholders.Monitor key master data and supply chain parameters in planning/ERP system(s).Coordinate inter-plant scheduling constraints related to schedule break-ins, raw materials, etc., through regular communication.Support the sales and operations planning process.Identify, analyze, and implement continuous improvement opportunities to improve service levels and cost savings. Collaborate with key cross-functional stakeholders. What you’ll need: Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Operations Management, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering) or equivalent experience.Minim 1 year experience in production planning, preferably in a leadership roleStrong knowledge of production processes, capacity planning, and inventory management.Proficient in using production planning software and tools.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Strong English language skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicateFlexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities and production demands.
