Production Planner, BljP in Blaj

Job Description You are responsible for the production controlling of specific production lines in our valve production at Bosch Rexroth Industrial Hydraulics in Blaj; You make the production plan to fulfill customer requests based on their demands; • You proactively align the production plan and distribute information within the logistic department and other departments (e.g. production, quality, maintenance); You provide support in monitoring the raw materials needed to complete the production plan; You daily monitor critical customer deliveries and make proposals for an action plan in case of deviations (e.g. special transports or prioritization within production plan); You escalate problems and deviations according to the defined escalation management procedure; You act as an interface to our partner plant in Germany and to other parties, like e.g. central functions; You regularly maintain and update new materials and optimize related SAP parameters (especially in SAP PP module); You monitor and analyze key performance indicators (on-time delivery, backlog, inventory etc.); You work together with the team to develop projects with the goal to continuously improve and optimize supply chain processes; You guide a student to support you in the daily tasks. Qualifications Graduate/Undergraduate university studies, logistical/supply chain background is preferred; Good English level in speech and writing; First experience with SAP is an advantage; High motivation; Strong communication and organizational skills; Open to learn new things and grow with the team; Problem solving mentality.
