We’re interested in getting to know you and what you bring to the table!What this job involvesFinance Operations OversightManage the month \ quarter \ year end management reporting activities for the named client and EU Accounts in general and ensure the accuracy and robustness of financial recordsInput into and delivery of reliable reporting packages to various stakeholders by the designated deadlinesDriving innovation through the development and continued improvement of Finance processes and proceduresProvide support and oversight where required to the monthly billing processManagement of intercompany agreements and billing between JLL entities across different regionsManagement of the pipeline spend for key Transaction Management teamsDocumentation and tracking of key risk and opportunities on AccountsCo ordination of audit requirements and submissions Planning, Reporting & AnalysisKey liaison with EMEA Work Dynamics FP&AProvide support in and prepare annual budgets and long-term business plans, rolling forecasts and quarterly re-forecasts for the group: partnering with budgets holders, setting robust targets and tracking spend, managing cost base and marginsSupport the development of MI capabilities across the portfolio in order to deliver higher quality information and actionable insightsBusiness PartneringAct as a trusted, visible and accessible point of contact to account and service line leaders; provide commercial and financial decision support; challenge and provide insight into business profitability to drive future performanceHelp drive strategic initiatives to enhance decision making Additional Duties and ResponsibilitiesActive contributor to the ongoing Work Dynamics TransformationMaintain strong relationship with Enterprise Accounts Finance teamsSupport and \ or lead ad hoc projects and analysis Key Performance MeasuresGeneration of business insight and financial analysis outputs to drive growth and profitability within the account portfolioAchieve corporate budgets \ targets \ KPIsEnsure all accounts are meeting internal EMEA FP&A reporting requirementsDesired skills and experience for this jobAdvanced excel reportingAbility to simplify financial information for non-finance stakeholdersCommercially savvy with a meticulous attention to detailAbility to support senior management on strategic mattersAbility to deliver simple and effective solutions in a complex matrix-based environmentAbility to deliver through a geographically dispersed functional teamFinancial Acumen: The ideal candidate will be an experienced financial operator with proven success in financial management, budgeting, forecasting and reporting. This individual will ensure the integrity, accuracy, and efficiency of accounting, controls, and financial reporting.Interpersonal Skills: The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skill, with confidence and ability to be an effective partner and with an ability to get things done through others. Able to establish relationships across business functions, regional and global finance teams, influencing stakeholders and peers in a matrix environment.Communicating with Data: Keenly focused on finance value add, the candidate must be highly analytical with a strong problem solving mindset.
