Profile Expert ESPRIT for SE IT Closing Team General Information Location Romania Bucuresti Bucuresti Organization Information Technology Business Unit Information Technology Europe Full Time / Part Time Full-time Experience Level Experienced Professional Description A Snapshot of Your DayYou will make sure that the core applications for financial reporting are working.You will be responsible for the design and implementation of changes to the applications; for this you will align with the demand issuers the definition and testing of the changes.Furtheron, you will collaborate in our constant improvement of processes and the implementation of their necessary adjustments.How You’ll Make an ImpactProvide end-user support to a world-wide user community on Financial Reporting and Closing applications (SAP based technology)Enable, execute and monitor system preparation activities for SAP financial consolidation and reporting systems (including satellite applications, e.g. access rights managing applications)Ensure timely delivery of financial data in due qualityDrive our new development projects including project set-up and project executionProvide for the necessary customizing updates of the system based on the requirements communicated by the system ownersSupport the role of Service Management incl. follow-up of software updates (Service Packs), cooperation with SAP basis team, ITIL managementInnovate other IT solutions/processes to the systems in the maintenance scope, incl. subsequent end-user support and documentation on these new releasesWhat You Bring University degree in (Business) Computer Science, Information Technology or Business Administration (with focus / interest in IT processes or management)3+ years professional experience in designing and operating infrastructure for SAP environments or in IT operations / maintenance or financial accountingYou have an affinity to modern IT infrastructures and knowledge of the essential, current technological trends in ITYou like to combine IT knowledge with work-tasks in the area of Financial Reporting applications or / and financial data managementYou have organizational talent, like teamworking, and use clear communication style as well as a structured way of workingYour attitude to work shows a high degree of independence as well as good customer orientationProven service management as well as project management skillsYour English is fluent and you are confident in business communication in English (German is an asset but not a must-have)About the TeamIn our Business Unit Industrial Applications we offer comprehensive digital portfolio solutions in the oil and gas sector and other process industries comprising rotating equipment, electrification and solutions for Subsea business.Check out our to see what we do.Who is Siemens Energy?At Siemens Energy, we are more than just an energy technology company.
