Tasks that will help you develop: Organization and control of the production of trapezoidal steel profiles in close coordination with the upstream departments Continuous improvement of production processes Leadership of the employees at the plant including shift planning and personnel development Development and implementation of measures to ensure product quality Monitoring & ensuring compliance with our health and safety regulations Maintenance planning and ensuring execution on the production facilities Support in the budget and investment planning of the production site with cost responsibility Determination of key production figures and monitoring of the effectiveness of optimization measures   Your profile to be successful together: Technical certification with engineering degree,  further training in operations and process management desirable At least 3 years of professional experience in a management position in a production company Sound knowledge of relevant material science as well as productivity optimization and production processes Flexibility, commitment, assertiveness, ability to work in a team Goal-oriented independent action, hands-on mentality and situational management style Strong communication skills
