AML (nice to have) Program Management (advanced) Agile (advanced) We are searching for a Program Lead This position is based at our office in Warsaw, Poland, and you will join our AML Program Management team. The AML Program is enabling our financial institutions to implement the necessary measures required by the Danish FSA to be efficient in Anti Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorism Financing (CTF). The Program Lead Role offers an opportunity to combine your agile software development and leadership skills while supporting the increasing demands of more compliance, risk focus in the financial area and work with 80 great colleges in one of the most important programs in BEC. At BEC, we value collaboration in the office over working remotely, and our hybrid work model gives you the opportunity to work remotely up to eight days per month. Your direct manager will be the AML Program Director Flemming Krath. Primary tasks and responsibilities include: Manage the AML program together with the Program Director and the management teamTake ownership, implementing solutions in a lasting way in the BEC community – it is a matter of meeting deadlines in the most efficient way Ensure involvement and transparency for our stakeholders within roadmaps, value creation, budget – including stakeholders in co-development banks and AML Steering Committee Together with Epic Owners, design and prioritize epics/features to meet customer needs Incorporate features in the AML program roadmap in alignment with the goals described in our 3-year plan To succeed you will have: 10+ years of experience as program manager of large/scaled agile software development projects A strong customer focus and proven stakeholder management capabilities Ability to facilitate communication between business and tech profiles Have demonstrated strong business and leadership skills as well as sufficient experience with technology to understand what is possible given the current setup Have in depth experience working agile and preferably utilizing the SAFe framework Understand how trends may affect the program in the future Be fluent in English (written and spoken) Enjoy putting structure, planning and execution into harmony Be able to travel occasionally between Denmark and Poland (6-8 times pr. year) It’s nice-to-have if you Have AML knowledge Are solution focused rather than problem focused – knowing there is always a solution to a problem Have a curious approach to people, tasks and challenges BE YOUR BEST SELF WITH BEC’S BENEFITS!
