The M365 Special Clouds Team is looking for a Program manager who is obsessed with driving a modern engineering system that focuses on industry leading practices and tools to provide autonomous and efficient internet-scale cloud infrastructure.

Responsibilities
This role will help define, document and drive Office 365 Sovereign and Regulated cloud solutions. The position requires the ability to work independently and gain buy-in across stakeholders. Gather underlying requirements, formulate objectives, and develop specs.A successful candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment filled with ambiguity and competing demands.Be part of a cross-functional team leveraging Azure and Office to operate the next generation cloud powered by machine learning, extending investments in the world-wide public cloud. Drive prioritized requirements across Microsoft, aligned with M365 larger goals and vision.Create and assess design solutions based on user research data, user goals, and business requirementsProduce designs that illustrate optimal user experiences, deliverables may include storyboards, flows, wireframes, prototypes, and vision pieces.Work closely and constructively with developers and user researchers to iterate and deliver flawlessly.Advocate for your design solutions by putting them in context of business and user goals.Have solid IA, visual and design skills Qualifications
Qualifications:
A Bachelors’ degree BS in a technical discipline (CS, Computer Eng, Electrical Eng).Extended experience in Program or Product Management.Track record of quickly ramping up on new technologies/tech skills and delivering SW products to external customers.Demonstrated ability to think creatively and critically about product features, architectures, and capabilities coupled with excellent problem-solving skills.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to clearly articulate technical requirements as well as to contribute to complex design discussions.Strong stakeholder management across orgs and geos/time zones, to drive results.Customer empathy, innovative spirit, strong can-do attitude, and passion for excellence and ability to mine data to help make strategic decisions. A portfolio demonstrating well thought through and polished end to end customer journeysDemonstrated industry experience in interactive design and/or visual designDemonstrated breadth across Information Architecture, Usability, Interaction, and Visual DesignAbility to create highly polished visual design and prototypesThe ability to quickly turn around wireframes and mockups in an iterative environmentBachelor's Degree in Design (or related field) or equivalent professional experienceProficiency in a variety of design tools such as Figma, Photoshop, IllustratorPreferred:
