We are currently seeking to identify candidates who are interested in supporting a potential new, exciting and expanding portfolio of activity, to support a major natural gas infrastructure build project for a number of locations in Romania. The work relates to providing support as part of an engineering and build framework.
Candidates may need to work from Clients’ offices, or from site. The duration of the project runs for 2 years plus.

Project Control Manager
Your role:
You will be responsible for ensuring that facilities are executed and installed in a safe and efficient manner, with regard for quality and operability.
Responsibilities:
• Preparing project plans, including the project execution plans (PEP) and design basis memorandums (DBM);
• Managing project budgets;
• Managing manpower schedules for engineering deliverables;
• Ensuring the quality of drawings, models and other design reviews;
• Overseeing construction work packages (CWPs), including bills of materials, isometrics, scope, layout, instrumentation lists, and specialty items lists;
• Producing scopes of work for civil, piping, skids and pipe rack modules among others;
• Managing all action items to ensure they are completed on schedule;
• Overseeing the change management process and ensuring its effective implementation;
• Contributing to and monitoring project KPIs, earned value and controls reporting;
• Performing other duties as requested.
Qualifications:
• University Degree in Energetic, Oil and Gas or equivalent;
• Minimum 10 years’ of progressive experience in execution of construction of energy and oil&gas infrastructure projects;
• Ability to work within a multi-disciplinary team including process, mechanical, civil-structural, electrical and instrumentation;
• Good knowledge of the technical area of natural gas infrastructure and plant;
• Strong organization, planning and project management skills, ability to prioritize tasks to meet business requirements and deadlines on your own;
• Good interpersonal skills, ability to generate collaboration across peers, business units and functions;
• PMP Certification and authorization in the sector is considered an advantage;
• English language - level C1.
