JIRA (advanced) You will be:planning, managing, and delivering new integrations with 3rd party software (mainly payroll and learning platforms),delivering new capabilities in the currently working HRM product,tracking initiatives progress and secure communication with stakeholders,cooperating with developers, and client consultants on the delivery status,meeting with the client in person (Gdańsk office) (1-2 days, every 2 weeks),maintaining high standards of ethics, integrity, and quality of management,identifying and managing risk,ensuring effectiveness and transparency of work,taking care of effective communication between team members and clients. Your profile:experience in the IT industry - managing software development,ability to work in a fast pace environment where priorities may change rapidly,self-reliance, independence, and the ability to make decisions,experience in working in an international environment,practical knowledge of agile methodologies and frameworks,practical knowledge of software development cycle and tools,fluency in spoken and written English and Polish. Nice to have: HRM/Payroll domain knowledge,experience in the integration type of projects,PSM, KMP, Prince2, PMP certifications.
