Deliver/implement Transition & Transformation programs for Digital Workplace andInfrastructure servicesAnticipates internal/external business challenges and/or regulatory issues; recommendsprocess, product or service improvementsLeads projects or programs with significant risk and complexity to achieve milestones andobjectives; develops the strategy for project executionPMI or Prince 2 or any PM certificationDemonstrated ability in managing internal and external client expectations on projectrequirements and deliverablesExtensive experience working with Project Management processes,Experience with Project Management tools to plan, manage and monitor projects,Experience handling large Integration teams working on a mix of Infrastructure and DigitalWorkplace Services projectsAbility to lead and motivate (1.) To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies (2.) To provide support for on call escalations and doing incident and problem management (3.) To independently resolve tickets and esnure that the agreed SLA of ticket volume and time are met for the team (4.)
