And we need people like you to make it happen.Project ManagerYou will be responsible for leading and managing installations execution for packaging equipment within Balkans regions (mainly in Croatia, Romania and Serbia), with full accountability for the installation project result following the Installation to Performance process. You will be based in Belgrade, Serbia or Bucharest, Romania or Zagreb, Croatia. You will be travelling in the region (50 % of the time)What will you do: Scoping, planning, controlling and executing the project including all relevant elements Managing installation to performance for packaging line projects. Following installation to performance process and documentation Identifying, planning, monitoring and controlling project risks and opportunities that may impact the project time, budget, quality, overall project plan or delivery of results Managing internal and external resources to deliver packaging line installation on time, on budget, on quality, to customer satisfaction Supporting competence and capability across the project team (coaching, mentoring, etc.), as well Customer Management and Services Providing regular Project reporting to key stakeholders including: tracking of time, cost and quality, with planned cost maintained in SAP/R3 Supporting the evaluation of external suppliers to deliver services at best cost and quality Following up project KPI’s (project result, installation budget, arrival to performance time, etc.) Managing and leading local participation and execution of Installation Excellence strategic initiatives Who you are: College or university diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Automation / Chemical / Process or Food Engineering fields is required PMP or PgMP (PMI) Certificate (preferably) or Certificate level B or A (IPMA) is an advantage for the role Fluency in English as well in one of the local languages (Croatian, Romanian, Serbian) 3-8 years of work experience within projects Experience in managing installation projects end-to-end Working experience in SAP/R3 Experience in the food / beverage / aseptic engineering industry is preferred Experience with Tetra Pak filling equipment is an advantage Customer management, technical and commercial negotiations skills Good level of analytical problem-solving methodology, good understanding of service business and customers’ needs Self-driven, decisive, highly motivated, independent personality We offer you: Variety of exciting challenges with ample opportunities for development and training in a truly global landscape Culture that pioneers spirit of innovation where our engineering genius drives visible result Equal opportunity employment experience that values difference and diversity Market competitive compensation and benefits
