The company is a provider of a live-dealer, live-gaming platform for online gaming operators. It has studios and subsidiaries in USA, Costa-Rica, Latvia, Malta, Bulgaria, and Israel.About the roleWe are looking for a Project Manager to join our Projects Team – part of the Product Delivery organization- and to manage, coordinate and execute various projects from different disciplines and fields of knowledge (R&D projects, studio related projects, commercial & compliance projects).The day-to-day work includes coordinating and liaising with technical, operational, support and legal & compliance teams, and working with different global teams ensuring all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track. You will work in an Agile environment, in close collaboration with diverse teams such as designers, testers, developers, devops, product owners, account managers, integration etc.You are expected to be skilled at getting the best out of the people and teams you work with, to be able to submit project deliverables, prepare status reports, establish effective project communication plans and executing various projects. Responsibilities:Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the execution of projectsEnsure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budgetDeveloping project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibilityEnsure resource availability and allocationDevelop a detailed project plan to track progressMeasure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniquesReport and escalate to top management as neededManage the relationship with the client and all stakeholdersPerform risk management to minimize project risksSupervise on-going projectsManage the entire Project Approval Request (PAR) internal process (Ezugi specific) for all project candidates -initiatives- assigned to youRequirements:Bachelor’s degree, preferably in the fields of computer science or engineering for technical project managers4+ years previous experience as Project Manager with focus on R&D projects typeExperience working in Agile environmentsExperience working with Jira or similar software productsFamiliar with Google products (drive, sheets, meet, etc.)Nice to have previous experience working with project management software products like Asana, Instagantt or otherKnowledge about hosting meetings on following communication platforms: Slack, Zoom, SkypeProven working experience as a project managerProblem solving, analytical and communication abilitiesNice to have experience interfacing with executive management and cross functional teamsTechnical understanding of software development and web technologies, ideally iGamingExcellent client-facing and internal communication skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsSolid organizational skills including multi-tasking skillsFluent English is a mustEmpathy and continuous willingness to progressHighly organized and detail-orientedAbility to offer and receive constructive feedbackCapacity to manage stressful situationsCapacity to meet milestones and deadlinesTeam playerEnthusiasm and no fear of failure
