We place emphasis on asynchronous communication and are very light on processes and meetings.About the RoleWe are looking for a highly motivated and self-driven individual with a proven track record in software project management and in building strong relationships with customers. You will have the opportunity to take ownership of the existing project for large US client, as well as interacting with new customers and kicking off new projects.LocationOur office is located in Krakow and we have remote team members throughout Poland and Europe.Responsibilities:Day-to-day management of the projects Day-to-day cooperation and communication with external clients Providing project reports to both internal and external stakeholdersWork closely with the project development team to ensure project delivery in a timely mannerProvide guidance and support to the project teamDay-to-day management of team workloadOrganizing project processes and ceremonies according to client/team requirementsKeeping project documentation up to dateProject planning and schedulingProvide support during pre-sales such as assessing project needs, planning, staffing and risk managementCo-operate with other project managers within the projects portfolioWhat you will need:Knowledge of project management approaches and methodologies, eg. AgilePM2 years of proven work experience in software project management or related field Excellent organizational and leadership skillsAnalytical and detail-oriented approachDemonstrated ability to act professionally with diverse groups of executives, managers, and subject matter expertsKnowledge of project management tools, eg. Jira, Confluence, ParabolGood command of English Strong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work in a distributed teamAbility to work in an international environmentNice to have:Certification in project management methodologies, eg.
