We turn ambitious goals into reality.    Our business is changing and growing so we are looking for new experts to join us and help care about new, diverse clients.    Your role as Project Manager will include:   lead the technology project for chemical industry germany customer,  manage the budget, risk, dependencies, quality and change at the project level,  drive effective project governance to stay in line with scope, budget and timelines,  assess and remediate risks and issues, tracking these and delivering reports,  liaise with project stakeholders, gaining go forward decisions and signoffs,  allocate, utilize and direct personnel resources to drive projects to completion,  maintain good relations with the customer.    Skills we're looking for:   min. 4 years experience working in a large-scale (technical) projects as a Project Manager,  good understanding and experience in IT projects or bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering,  strong experience in Agile methodologies with certificates,  experience with understanding, designing, and implementing workflow and process improvements, systems, or tools,  high interpersonal and leadership skills,  stakeholder management and strategic decision-making skills,  good verbal and written communication in English,  service mindsets who act to understand, help, and serve our clients,  ability to work with quickly changing environment.    We offer you:   salary 90-100zł net PLN/h,  B2B contract,  flexible hours & remote work,  upskills programs – professional training and certifications,  benefits package: training budget, private healthcare, team building events, and many others.    Eager to join us?
