• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• 2-5 years of experience as a Project Manager managing projects in a fast-paced agile environment
• A proven track record of experience working on programs that are centered around Data technologies, Cloud infrastructure, and multi-platforms (web and mobile), preferably in an Agile environment
• Solid understanding of software development life cycle models as well as knowledge of both Agile and traditional project management principles and practices and the ability to blend them together in the right proportions to fit a project and business environment
• Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with an ability to manage competing demands
• Strong knowledge and understanding of business needs with the ability to establish/maintain high level of internal/external customer trust and confidence
• Creative approach to problem-solving with the ability to focus on sprint/task details while maintaining the “big picture” product/release view
• Strong interpersonal skills including mentoring, coaching, collaborating, and team building
• Ability to lead, coach and provide activities and daily feedback to grow the team
• Must speak and write in English fluently

The role of the Project Manager is to estimate, plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members in order to deliver projects according to plan. The Project Manager will also define the project’s objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.
Ensures that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget confidently and efficiently;
Help defining project estimates, scope, goals and deliverables;
Defines tasks, anticipate blockages, risk assessment and required resources;
Collects and manages project teams, manages budget, allocates project resources;
Creates schedule and project timeline;
Supports and directs the team. ensures team adheres to processes and industry best practices;
Leads quality assurance;
Monitors and reports on project progress;
Presents to stakeholders reports on progress, as well as problems and solutions;
Evaluates and assesses the result of project;
Coordinates internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects; Help with troubleshooting/root cause analysis when team members are unable to proceed;
