Job role The Project Manager will work on Allianz Group Data Archival Service (part of APP2 / Archiving/Output/Input area) managing Archival projects for various Allianz OEs. The Project Manager is responsible for end-to-end data archival projects delivery, ensuring that the archival scope is delivered according to business need. Will manage an internal engineering team that will design the archive and implement the project along with customer stakeholders. What will you do - Responsible for archival project planning and steering for Allianz Entities - Liaise with technical and / or delivery experts or respective service providers to ensure the quality of solution and execution of the archival projects - Ensure the smooth collaboration withing Allianz Technology and Allianz Entities counterparts - Facilitation and follow-up of all meetings with customers, including technical ones - Single point of contact for assigned archival projects - Responsible for the management and support of customer escalations, through to successful completion and customer satisfaction - Substitute/support IT Decommissioning Managers within Decommissioning project (potential to be a sole driver and a Decommissioning Manager for new incoming decommissioning scope) - Preparing regular status reports to various stakeholders - Ensure the correct budget spend for archival projects - Identifying, assessing and addressing any financial, legal, strategic and security project risks What you bring - High level of self-organization and initiative - Previous experience as a Project Manager is mandatory, minimum 2 years - Willingness to adopt new approaches and solution ideas quickly - Very high analytic skills and solid business judgment - Very high conceptual and problem structuring skills - Self-motivated and customer-centric working style - Well-developed social skills and cross-cultural experience - Strong coordination and communication abilities - International project and job expertise - Agile mindset to drive constant development of the team You have - Solid understanding of Confluence & Jira - Knowledgeable on Waterfall and Agile methodologies - Experience with IT Project Management, incl. functional design, budget controlling, IT risk management - Experience with KPI management and reporting solutions - Technical understanding of IT systems and processes - Multi-year relevant experience and demonstrated excellence, preferably in IT related projects - Very good MS office skills - Data base knowledge - Database / data migration / data archiving experience will be a plus - Fluent English What we offer We support your well-being We foster an inclusive and healthy workplace with a flexible hybrid working model: Experience access to counseling services, mental health resources, and well-being sessions designed to keep you feeling your best Enjoy a monthly budget via the Benefit platform, for personalized benefits packages, including comprehensive medical subscriptions, meal tickets, private pensions plans, life insurance, Allianz Tiriac insurance discounts, and many more.
