At The Stepstone Group, our department is responsible for managing job feeds, processing candidate applications, and gathering data on the success of applications for our hiring company partners. We are currently in the process of building a new global hiring platform, and as a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in this exciting endeavour. Responsibilities:Communication and Alignment: Serve as the primary point of contact for all communication and coordination within the department and with external stakeholders. Facilitate effective communication channels and ensure alignment between teams to achieve project objectives related to job feeds, candidate application processing, and data gathering.Project Planning and Execution: Collaborate with multiple Product Managers and cross-functional teams to define the scope, goals, and deliverables of the global hiring platform. Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, to drive successful project execution and contribute to the early-stage growth of the platform.Integration Prioritization: Work closely with the business team, development teams, and Product Managers to identify and prioritize integrations based on business requirements and strategic objectives. Evaluate project feasibility, risks, and dependencies to make informed prioritization decisions that will shape the development of our global hiring platform.Issue Identification and Resolution: Proactively identify potential issues, roadblocks, and risks that may impact project timelines or deliverables related to job feeds, candidate applications, and data gathering. Take prompt action to address issues, escalate when necessary, and develop contingency plans to ensure project success and a smooth operation of the hiring platform.Team Management: Coordinate and motivate project team members, including both internal and external resources. Assign tasks, set clear expectations, and track progress to ensure timely completion of project deliverables. Chase up team members as needed to keep projects on track, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.Stakeholder Management: Engage and manage relationships with stakeholders, including department heads, business leaders, and external partners. Provide regular project updates, manage expectations, and address any concerns or feedback to maintain strong stakeholder satisfaction regarding job feeds, candidate applications, and data gathering efforts.Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes. Prepare regular reports and presentations summarizing project progress, key milestones, and metrics for management review, specifically highlighting the impact on the global hiring platform's growth. Requirements:Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field.Proven experience (3 years) as a Project Manager, preferably in the job hiring or HR technology industry.Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and build relationships with diverse stakeholders.Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Detail-oriented mindset, with a focus on quality and delivering projects within defined timelines and budgets.Proactive problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently.Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and adapt to changing priorities.Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as JIRA, Asana, or Microsoft Project.Familiarity with job hiring platforms, applicant tracking systems, or HR technology solutions is a plus. Reporting Structure:The Project Manager will work closely with multiple Product Managers and report directly to the Head of Product for the department. They will collaborate with these stakeholders to align project objectives, prioritize initiatives, and drive the successful development and growth of the global hiring platform.
