Salary 8.000 - 13.000 RON net per month Requirements:- •5+ years of programme or portfolio management office experience on projects implementing IT systems or infrastructure changes across large / complex organisation(s); •Experience engaging, communicating, and influencing management of all levels. Liaising & influencing strategic decision-makers including programme sponsors, key business users, CTOs / Architects and supporting the operation of steering committees etc.;•A solid track record of developing concepts, defining & implementing policies & governance and organising & delivering projects;•Strong analytical skills, with the ability to demonstrate flexibility in problem solving; •Excellent communication skills and fluency in both written and verbal English; •A good understanding of the complexities around working in distributed global teams.Responsibilities:- •Work with the Project Managers and Department leads to set-up & lead the Project Management Office across the Software Asset Management and Open Source Software programmes;•Establish the project management practices and controls that would be expected for well organised projects in large organisations (incl. governance, planning, financial management, risk & issue management etc.);•Provide a level of independent audit & checks to submitted plans, milestones, risks, issues & dependencies etc. to ensure that the appropriate due diligence has been conducted by the project managers; •Set-up and run various governance groups across the programmes as required, including the preparation of materials, minutes & actions, tracking / chasing of outstanding actions to completion etc.;•Ensure that the programmes are well represented & kept up to date in the associated audit, project management & financial planning system within the company.Technologies:- More: Who WE ARE:Advisority is a European business and technology service provider, advising and supporting organizations in achieving their business objectives through information technology.At Advisority, we pride ourselves in striving to be the greatest at what we do! Our goal is to accelerate the delivery of a bank-wide simplified target architecture, improve technology agility, increase speed-to-market, and reduce cost across our technology landscape. The Software Asset Management function’s key responsibilities are to ensure that we demonstrate efficient & effective people, auditable processes / controls and tools to support the asset management lifecycle of our Licensed & Open Source Software.In addition to the above, we are within a multi-year exercise to identify all our Open Source Software in use and to ensure we have appropriate licensing, any vulnerabilities are identified & addressed depending on agreed prioritisation.
