Project Manager Officer for Controlling, Reporting and Transversal Processes Bucuresti, Romania Permanent contract IT (Information Technology) Apply Responsibilities Join the COO team in GSC RO CFT&DDS and become part of a transversal and dynamic environment which aims to sustain and drive the BL operations in collaboration with key local and global stakeholders.Specifically, you will be required to: Controlling: Responsible for design and monitoring the Budget and Forecast Perform in-depth analysis, Budget and Forecast submission vs Actuals comparison and trends Conduct analysis to investigate the financial impact and identify the main drivers to cope with the budget in terms of cost/FTE Reporting: Develop reporting capabilities in PowerBI to automate reports in place Participate in the implementation and development projects of new tools to support the reporting and budgetary activity of SG GSC Performs the good receipt for services received Communicate consistently on a regular basis with COO counterparts from Paris and India delivering required insights Transversal coordination: Responsible for operational coordination of transversal topics in relation with support functions like Finance, Risk & Compliance, HR, Procurement, Transformation Office, including operational managing of new strategic initiatives, projects, or Group requirements Provide guidance, act as a business advisor for management team Responsible for driving/ contributing to monthly follow-ups with Paris and India Contract management update with clients (CSA, CSLA), monitor contracts with vendors Provide support for external audit processes, internal audit, other control missions, act as SPOC in audit missions Propose and coordinate initiatives to share good practices between different departments Coordinate different projects related to reporting tools together with project managers: tools implementation, continuous improvement projects Profile required Minimum 3 years of experience in the financial field, controlling Strong communication skills both verbal and writen Ability wo work with international teams ( Paris, India, Romania) Strong command of MS Office, advanced Excel skills, Power Point, Power BI Strong knowledge and experience of financial management, P&L understanding Previous experience in managing complex budgets and large workforce planning Experience in cost management and controlling topics Analitical skills & abitity to challenge Creativity and team spirit, interpersonal skills Advanced level of English; French would be a plus Organization skills and business understanding Proactivity, adaptability, and solution oriented Autonomous, a good team player and flexible to adapt solutions to all stakeholders Why join us SG GSC is a Great Place to Work® certified company.
