Job description WHAT A TYPICAL DAY MIGHT INCLUDE Responsible for collaboration in international TV-spanning projects.Independent and autonomous execution of the sub-project management within the main department GNO.Project planning and organization (e.g. milestones, budget, effort estimation) including project budget and quality control.Independent control of a team of experts from all operating departments.Delivery of operational inputs for design and engineering.Creation of training requirements for the operational areas in GNO.Independent preparation of operating concepts and service concepts.Coordination of operational processes across departments according to ITIL.Support of type approval in the VIP Lab and others.Independent preparation and implementation of the initial commissioning in the live network.Service Management: Control & coordination of activities for end-to-end service responsibility across all operating areas of the department for the responsible services and ~ 22 million international customers.Area of responsibility:Independent and autonomous project management for the integration of new network elements, platforms/systems and software.Independent definition of operational concepts, processes, service concepts and SLAs and other performance commitments.Independent and autonomous coordination and quality assurance of service Optimization and optimization of alarm functions. EXPERIENCE & SKILLS NEEDED Mastery of project management methods.Good analytical, conceptual and very good organizational skills.Very good communication skills, convincing arguments, professional presentation skills.
