Overview
We are looking for motivated Candidates to:
Understand project management activities in IT projects and have previous relevant experience managing all aspects of the project.
Support the management procedures and work closely with Project Managers and Program Managers to make sure that all administrative and reporting tasks are fulfilled in a timely manner.
Key responsibilities (What Do You Do?)
- Provides assistance and maintains the control procedures on the portfolio/program, by engaging in issues such as resource use and change control, financial aspects and portfolio development;
- Analyzes a reporting system on the portfolio/program/project, to ensure that certain key criteria contribute to the progress of the project, certain key such as costs and resources;
- Identifies trends and opportunities for improvement, proposing action plans to the superiors;
- Supports and maintains project management methodologies, to ensure that a correct approach to the delivered project is used, by the use of tools and project management practices;
Soft Skills:
- English language strong written and verbal communication skills at all levels of project team;
- International experience preferred.
Nice to have:
- German language.
Desirable Skills:
- Previous PMO experience,
- Microsoft Excel,
- Financial Management,
- Microsoft SharePoint.
