- Coordinates the project team (SE), target manager;
- Complies accordingly with the given investment budget;
- Reports directly to the superior (head of department);
- Participates to quality gates (organized by lead plant);
- Defines the resources and requests the necessary approvals (project team, budget, infrastructure, tools, software);
- Defines the timeline and work packages;
- Efficient coordination of all project activities within the group in order to achieve the objectives set at the highest quality standards.
Qualifications
Candidate Profile:
- University degree in technical field (mechanical / automation)
- At least 3 - 4 years professional experience in a similar role
- Strong industrial and technical sales background
- Advanced English knowledge (German knowledge is an advantage)
- Good MS Office knowledge
- Self-motivated, hands-on approach, well organized
- Customer focused
- Availability for business trips
- Open to continuous theoretical and practical development
- Apply the Bosch Project Management central directive
- Manages projects involving external partners to the factory
- Organizes the review of quality gates and monitors the implementation of defined actions
