ISMG is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Project Manager to lead and oversee the development of our innovative SaaS products. As the Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of our projects, from inception to delivery. Your ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines, and allocate resources efficiently will be critical in achieving our product development goals. Responsibilities: Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables, in alignment with the product vision and strategy. Resource Allocation: Efficiently allocate resources, including personnel, time, and budget, to ensure smooth project execution and adherence to deadlines. Timeline Management: Create and maintain detailed project timelines, closely monitoring progress and identifying potential risks or delays. Team Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, design, QA, and product management, ensuring effective communication and synergy. Risk Mitigation: Identify potential risks and challenges, implementing proactive measures to mitigate and resolve issues that may impact project success. Quality Control: Work closely with the QA team to ensure that the product meets established quality standards and is free from defects. Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders, including executives and product owners, keeping them informed of project status, risks, and achievements. Project Documentation: Maintain detailed project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and meeting minutes, to ensure transparency and accountability. Scope Management: Ensure that project scope remains well-defined and avoid scope creep, maintaining a clear focus on project objectives. Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency enhancement, driving continuous improvement in project management practices. Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. 5+ years’ experience as a Project Manager, specifically in leading SaaS product development projects. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong leadership and team management abilities, fostering collaboration and motivation among cross-functional teams. Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and the software development life cycle. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively engaging with stakeholders at all levels. Demonstrated problem-solving skills, with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach. Experience in risk management and the ability to anticipate and address potential project challenges.
