Job Summary The Proposal Specialist has overall responsibility for leading the tender process on quotes and Level 1 tenders, from receipt of ITT to handover to project execution. The Proposal Specialist must demonstrate that due diligence has been followed with respect to the delivery schedule and costing, and obtain management approvals in line with tender governance rules.The Proposal Specialist is also the main tendering point of contact for the customer and manages the response to all tender bulletins and requests for clarifications.The Proposal Specialist is responsible for the efficient handover to project execution following contract award.
